Before Starting Your Session We Will…

  • Analyze your previous injuries and fitness background to build foundation

  • Make notes of your specific goals and a plan to action of how you will fix them

  • Create a plan to overcome difficulties

  • Conduct movement screenings

  • Provide nutritional counseling

  • Form a list of any modifications if needed

What Is The End Goal?

Personal training at NXT LVL FIT provides you with a custom program and elite coaching that will help you reach your specific goals or build back from previous or current injuries. You can use these sessions to supplement your group fitness classes.

Payments For Personal Training Are Made Monthly. No Matter If You Miss One Or A Few Sessions Out Of The Month; You Will Still Owe The Full Amount When Your Payment Is Due.
