Coach Stanley has been a Speed, Strength & Conditioning Coach since 2012 with experience working at the College level (Coastal Carolina University (2012-2013), Georgia Southern University(2013-2015)) before going into the private sector of coaching. He is a certified club coach through USAW AND USAPL. His philosophy for coaching is to train hard and smart for longevity, and do whatever is required to perfect performance - building foundations for longevity reflect not only in sports, but also everyday life activities. Coach Stanley developed NXT LVL FIT because he saw the need to help young athletes reach their full potential and become the best athlete they can be by giving them the experience as collegiate athlete through sports performance.


Lester Nicholas, USAW

Director of Human Performance

Coach Lester is a Certified Weightlifting Coach and Personal Trainer since 2014 with 8+ years of experience doing one on one personal training, small groups, and sports team coaching. He also does one on one coaching for basketball athletes developing skills such as dribbling/handling, lateral quickness, vertical jumping, and explosiveness throughout the sport. His passion is helping anyone looking to better themselves in the fitness field, from people looking to lose weight, gain lean muscle, or better them selves within a sport.


Anthony Crawley, CSCS

Assistant Coach

Coach Anthony Crawley is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) and Volleyball Athlete/Coach with over 20 years of combined experience. From playing baseball, running track, to volleyball - he has been involved in a multitude of sports. He challenges his athletes mentally, intellectually, logically, and physically throughout training. His goal for athletes is to have them 100% independent and able to handle themselves in any situation once they take the next step in their athletic and personal career.
