The NXT LVL FIT experience will provide you with the necessary tools to become a better version of yourself. With highly trained certified coaches, they will also aid you in accountability, hard work, competitiveness, and resilience development.
We focus on multi-joint compound movements that will provide you the best results for building overall strength and lean body mass. These movements will primarily be from the standing position, such as squat, deadlift, snatch and clean, and more.
These compound movements build multiple muscles at once and provide more energy, resulting in a stronger and more stabilized you.
