➦ If you are seeking to learn or improve your strength, fitness, and skill with the olympic lifts, then join our weightlifting programs to improve your total with the BIG THREE: Squat, Bench, and Deadlift!

➦ The sport of weightlifting is compromised of two lifts: snatch and clean & jerk. For anyone looking to compete, we are a sanctioned USA weightlifting club that travels to meets and will eventually host meets for the Myrtle Beach area.

➦ Our team is always training to put up big numbers at USAPL/USAW events. Take advantage of traveling to events with teammates and coaches with like-minded goals to prepare you for those big meets so you have the greatest performance on every platform.

➦ This program includes unlimited gym access, customized programming designed by our own USAW & USAPL club coach, and coaching every time you are in the gym
